Zire 72 Screen Size

I intend buying a silver Zire 72 for Christmas to replace my ageing Clie NX70 and I was wondering how big the screen physically is i.e. not the resolution as I tend to watch TV shows on my clie, taking advantage of the large screen!

Hi Matt,

Paul from palmOne here. The Zire 72's screen is about 2 and 1/8 inches by 2 and 1/8 inches, 3 inches on the diagonal.

You already know this but others might not: the Zire 72 screen is VERY bright. It is an amazing screen. I think the Zire 72 might be the best 320 device out there just because of the screen/CPU/price combo. A great device!

I have to agree with clicclic - I have looked at a lot of PDA/PPC devices and the 72's display is one of the best - one of the main concerns when buying my 72 was that I wanted to watch a lot of videos.
