Unknown error 4001

I'm trying to get jpegs to my Zire 31. From what I can tell from the feature list with the unit, it can store and display jpegs. When I try to load them to my handheld through Quick Install, I get Unknown error 4001. Anyone have any ideas?

you need an expansion card, or use a utility to convert then to palm format. Google for a utility called PAR, read the docs. you need creator ".jpg" and type "DATA", use PAR to create such palm stream database, then yo umight be ble to open it.
