Please Help! There seems to be some problem with the contact between the two major sliding parts (silver and blue) of my Zire 71. When its in the usual operating position and when working in any program, any movement of my PDA, including things like writing graffiti or gently holding onto the sides of the device, cause the screen to go white, and then I have to play with the two halves, by either pressing on certain areas of the case (not the screen) or sliding the halves, in order to get my program to reappear. Its gotten worse, so that I now have to push something (almost the thickness of a stylus) into the bottom right corner seam that seperates the blue from the silver parts (Just to the right of the camera button, in the closed position) in order to stabilize the image on the screen. Its making me crazy. This probably started a while ago after dropping it, but the PDA looks OK and functions perfectly otherwise. Do I need to take it apart and do something? I haven't been able to find any solutions, so I hope someone can help. I hope I've been clear in explaining this. Thanks. Robert
