Sync and the Zire 72

Just got a Zire 72 (f1st foray into the PDA realm) and would like to know if I can sync with either Yahoo Calendar (wife uses this for all things famliy related) and/or lotus notes (work uses lotus not outlook)? Any suggestions/tips?

Hello knight,

Paul from palmOne here. I haven’t any personal experience using either Lotus or syncing Yahoo Calendar. But, VersaMail comes with the Zire 72 and it will sync with Lotus Notes. According to Yahoo, The Calendar will sync via Yahoo’s Intellisync software, but I have no further information on this third party solution. However, you can find more on this at Yahoo here (http://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?.src=yc&.intl=&.partner=&.done=http%3a//calendar.yahoo.com/?).

Thanks Paul. I live in a wacky world I guess. One that has work on Lotus notes (calendar and email) and my famliy where my wife uses outlook and Yahoo for mail and family calendar. I am finding it difficult to be able to sync these various apps into one calendar on the new Zire. Email I can concentrate on later, right now I would like to sync my calendars!

I've tried to use VersaMail as a mail client for Lotus Notes a few months ago. I never got it to work. Please post a message to this thread if you do.
