“Let’s start with the fact it isn’t a sex scandal. It isn’t a Hollywood scandal. It isn’t even a scandal. It is a systemic problem, about the abuse of power that takes place across all industries, and had enabled a culture of inequity to persist for far too long,” she said.
The black-ish actress wrote a children’s book titled “The Handsy Man,” which gives men guidelines on how they should be behaving in the workplace.

Matt Smith made a fun appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night (November 30) and revealed that although he’s met Prince Harry twice, he’s missed out on meeting Prince Philip – the man he portrays in his hit Netflix series The Crown.
“I’d really like to meet Prince Philip,” the 35-year-old actor told Jimmy. “He’s an enigma.”
Revealing the reason why he and Prince Philip had not yet crossed paths, Matt said: “He’s too cool, he’s too cool for school,” Matt joked before adding, “I’ve not been asked.”
“That’s what I love about him: he’s done what he wants, when he wants, how he wants, with whom he wants. He hasn’t asked permission – and his wife’s the Queen,” Matt said.
Season two of The Crown, which follows Elizabeth‘s reign and her marriage to Philip during the 1960s, will premiere on Netflix next Friday (December 8)

Elizabeth Banks made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night (November 30) and revealed that Pitch Perfect 3‘s story-line was inspired by her real life.
After the highs of winning the world championships, in Pitch Perfect 3 the Bellas find themselves split apart and discovering there aren’t job prospects for making music with your mouth. But when they get the chance to reunite for an overseas USO tour, this group of awesome nerds will come together to make some music, and some questionable decisions, one last time.
Elizabeth, who is an executive producer for the film, revealed to Jimmy that her 2015 USO tour helped developed the story.
“We went to Afghanistan, Bahrain, Italy, Djibouti in Africa and Germany,” Elizabeth told Jimmy. “It was life-changing, it was amazing and so fun. You get to be with our troops, we’re in one of the longest wars in American history. I felt like it was the least I can do as an American citizen. Especially during the Holidays, you know they’re not going to get to go home and be with their families so we get to bring a little bit of American fun to them.”

It started when Roy, who is in the middle of an ongoing scandal regarding sexual abuse allegations by then-minors which he has denied, tweeted at Jimmy: “@jimmykimmel If you want to mock our Christian values, come down here to Alabama and do it man to man. #ALSen,” the former Alabama state judge wrote.
“Sounds great Roy – let me know when you get some Christian values and I’ll be there!” Jimmy wrote back.
“Despite D.C. and Hollywood Elites’ bigotry towards southerners, Jimmy, we’ll save you a seat on the front pew,” Roy responded.
“OK Roy, but I’m leaving my daughters at home! P.S. – wear that cute little leather vest,” Jimmy hit back.
