SPOILER ALERT – don’t continue reading if you haven’t watched the series finale of Orphan Black.
Tatiana Maslany is opening up about tonight’s Orphan Black series finale!
The 31-year-old actress and star of the show chatted with The Hollywood Reporter about Orphan Black’s finale after five seasons.
“We’ve had such a good run with Clone Club and it’s been the whole reason people have watched the show, so I don’t know what that’s going to look like in the future,” Tatiana told site. “It’s all been so moving… This fan base has been so supportive and fans across the world have been supporting each other and taking care of each other… that’s just the coolest thing.”
When asked about a possible spinoff series or movie, it doesn’t sound like Tatiana wants anymore Orphan Black – right now at least.
“If there was some story that we really wanted to tell that fit in the Orphan Black universe and it was vital and different and new then that would be super cool,” Tatiana said. “But we finished this before it trailed on too long so hopefully it left people wanting more as opposed to being like, ‘Thank God that’s over.’”

The first trailer for Jake Gyllenhaal‘s upcoming movie Stronger, based on the story of Boston Marathon Bombing survivor Jeff Bauman, has been released.
On April 15, 2013, Bauman was at the finish line of the Boston Marathon to cheer on his ex-girlfriend Erin Hurley (Tatiana Maslany) in an effort to win her back. When a blast rips through the crowd, killing three people and injuring scores of others, Jeff goes from being an ordinary working-class 27-year-old to a double amputee fighting for his life. As Boston and the world reel in shock and anger, a photo of Jeff being carried from the blast site becomes an iconic image of the attack.
Despite his injuries, the unassuming Costco worker becomes a national hero by helping law enforcement identify one of the bombers. In the months following the blast, Jeff tackles intensive physical and emotional rehabilitation with the unwavering support of Erin and his family. It is Jeff’s deeply personal account of the heroic journey that tests a family’s bond, defines a community’s pride and inspires his inner courage to overcome devastating adversity.
Stronger, based on Bauman‘s best-selling memoir, will hit theaters on September 22.

Check out this first look at the upcoming fifth and final season of BBC America’s Orphan Black.
Here’s where we left off: When we last saw Sarah (Tatiana Maslany), she’d been badly beaten in an epic physical battle against Rachel, that left her bruised and broken.
Her foster mum, Mrs. S (Maria Doyle Kennedy), and daughter Kira (Skyler Wexler) were taken hostage and her sestra Cosima (Maslany) went missing.
Now, Cosima and Alison (Maslany), and their allies have been brought to heel. Even more harrowing is that Kira has joined them in surrender.
Rachel, sitting at the head of the Neolution table, has carte blanche access to their clone biology, and with Helena (Maslany) pregnant with twins, her biology is the most coveted of all. Sarah in a desperate attempt to regain control, realizes she must change tactics to pursue a long game.
She, and those still able to fight, will uncover the missing pieces of the insidious conspiracy – and finally free themselves from the tyranny that has taken over their lives. Despite the great risk, the fight of her life will either set her and her sestras free, or see them meet their end.

“When we wrapped Cosima, it was like, ‘That’s a series wrap on Cosima,’ and then I had to go and take that thing off for the last time. It was weird,” the 31-year-old actress expressed (via EW) while speaking at her Orphan Black panel held as part of The Paley Center For Media’s 2017 PaleyFest on Thursday (March 23) in Hollywood.
“It was heavy scene work, but just also saying goodbye to so many characters over the past two episodes, wrapping people who we’ve worked with since season 1 and wrapping clones who I’ve been since season 1…,” Tatiana added. “It was a lot of farewells and tears and a lot of gratitude that we got that far, that we got to do five seasons.”Continue Reading
