A strong 6-6 guard/forward with a good touch, Billy Knight, scores 40 in the last game of the 1975 ABA Finals giving George McGinnis at least some help. Of course, rookies were much more prepared those days (and Knight was a very good college player), but you can give credit to Billy for being ready to bang with the pros down low in the Finals in his first year in the league. Unfortunately, 4 points are missing from this version of the broadcast, yet I can assume that they might have been forgettable as they came in garbage time in between Indy making intentional fouls and running down to attempt a quick bucket at the other end of the floor. May 22, 1975.
