After two injury-plagued seasons with the Buccaneers, the Seattle Seahawks brought back former starting right guard J.R. Sweezy. Previously known for his success as a run blocker in Tom Cable's zone-heavy run scheme, he rejoins a Seattle offense in transition under a new coordinator in Brian Schottenheimer.

While D.J. Fluker remains the favorite to start and Cable is no longer on staff to coach him, Sweezy's unexpected improvements in pass protection during his time in Tampa Bay give him a great shot to rectify his career in his return to the Emerald City.
